Rough Madagascar Red Jasper

Red Jasper has been called the “blood of Mother Earth” by some Native American tribes. It was used to stimulate health, promote new ideas, and stabilize the body while dousing for water or calling rain.

Jasper is a sedimentary stone known as a chert. They are each unique to the extensive “bedded” deposits in which they are found. Many of these stones are named after the geographical area from which they were discovered and can be found worldwide.

Natural stones will vary in shape, tones, and sizes. Each stone is 1"-2" long average
